We hope you find this website useful. Although we make every effort to ensure that all information that appears here is accurate, the only information, representations, and promises that are binding on us are the ones in contractual agreements. WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA: Our servers collect the typical anonymous technical data such as device characteristics, operating system, browser type, IP address, stored cookies from previous visits to our site, and site analytics cookies. We use this automatically collected data to analyze how our site is used so as to keep it optimized; we may also use stored cookies to enable you to log after your first visit in without having to manually fill in your information each time. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can modify your browser settings to decline cookies. DATA YOU PROVIDE: If you provide information about yourself or your company via site forms, we will use it only in-house, for purposes of evaluating your needs and communicating with you. You can request that we stop communicating with you at any time; you may request that we delete you from our active client and correspondent lists, but for proper record keeping purposes we do maintain archival copies of all inquiries. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will comply with all applicable data breach laws regarding notification, remediation, etc.



TRACKERS, ETC.: We do not feature third party ads on our site, and thus there are no advertiser cookies or trackers.



CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code 1798.140.(d)(1)(A) we are exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act. Nonetheless, we will be happy to delete your organization’s information to the extent you do not enter into a business relationship with us.



EU RESIDENTS: In general, we do not collect any personal data as defined in Art. 4 of the GDPR, except that which you voluntarily provide us, which of course is data collected “with consent” pursuant to GDPR Article 7. GDPR Article 14, Paragraphs 5(a) and (b), and Article 27, Paragraph 2 also apply. We do not pass such information on to any third party processors or share it with anyone except as set forth above. We use it only to communicate with you as set forth above.
